Located in the heart of Rome you will find yourself immersed in the history and the art of the city visiting on foot the magnificent monuments, palaces and squares more important. A few meters away from Piazza di Spagna and Fontana di Trevi, near the Pantheon and Piazza Navona, we are on Via del Corso from where you can see Piazza Venezia from where walking through  the Fori Imperiali you’ll arrive to the Colosseum.

A little distance from St. Peter and the Vatican Museums, Castel Sant'Angelo, the Tiber, Isola Tiberina and the famous Trastevere area.

Palazzo Montecitorio head office of the Italian Government is located just in front of our building. In the same area you can also indulge in shopping and browse through the showrooms of the big names in fashion.

HOW TO REACH US

 

By airplane
From the airport Rome Fiumicino (Leonardo Da Vinci), there are several ways to reach the Hotel Montecitorio:
- By the train "Leonardo Express" in about 35 minutes to Rome Termini Station (fare: 10 euros). Once at Termini Station you can take a taxi or the underground line A (direction Battistini) and get off at Spagna stop (fare: 1 euro). The hotel is just about 500 meters from the subway station.
- You can take a taxi from the airport (approximately 20 km).
- Alternatively we offer a car rental service with a chauffeur to and from the airport at a cost of 50 Euro. Please inform us in advance if you require this service.

By car
From the highway take the exit Salaria (SS 4) towards the center. Drive along Via Salaria for about 10 km to the junction with Via Pinciana, turn into this street and continue for about 1 km along Villa Borghese (one of the historic parks of Rome). After passing the entrance of the park, you will find viale del Galoppatoio where is the entrance of the parking (cost about 18 euros a day). After parking, an escalator will take you to Piazza di Spagna, a few steps from Hotel Montecitorio - Via delle Convertite (piazza S. Silvestro.

By train
The hotel is easily reachable from Rome Termini station. Once arrived at Termini you can take a taxi, the subway line A (direction Battistini) to the stop SPAGNA (about 500 meters from the hotel), or the bus 175 to Piazza San Silvestro (50 meters from the hotel)
